According to our fellow Lino Braxe, every time that Álvaro Cunqueiro abandoned his Mondoñedo natal to visit the of A Coruña’s streets, always had time to stroll by the street of the Star and enjoy of some good cuncas of wine.
Like this it was born To taberna of Cunqueiro, a friendly restaurant in one of the streets with more history of the city.
Opened from 2009, characterise us by a warm environment and the best home-made food. From the empanada Galician to the traditional octopus with cachelos, all elaborated in our kitchen with Galician products of the best quality, trying transmit the knowledge of our earth in each dish.

We are in the street of the Star 22, in full centre of the city, just behind the foundation Caixa Galicia and to five minutes of the city council.
With good accesses from the entrance to A Coruña and with three public parkings very near: Square of Pontevedra, Square of Lugo and in the shopping centre The Cantones Village.
